fishy sauces
the sauces: experiment with the quantity of each delicious ingredient you add to the sauces to suit your taste buds
and don't forget the finishing touches, for example:
freshly ground black pepper
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley or torn basil leaves
pasta: fusilli
basic sauce: tuna, tomatoes, olives and basil
prepare the sauce: drain tinned tuna in spring water, skin ripe tomatoes and chop, slice sun-dried tomatoes, spring onions green olives and stir into the freshly cooked hot pasta together with a splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped flat-leaf parsley!
serve: with a green salad and french dressing ...
alternatively: instead of fresh 'toms' use a drained tin of chopped tomatoes and olives and parsley instead of capers and basil ... and add a splash of lemon
NOTE:
anchovies and salmon are BOTH artery-cleansing, so eat lots and lots of these!
