If your favourite pizza take-away recognises your voice when you call to place an order - it's time to bin the takeaway menu and try some of these tempting, easy-to-make pasta and sauce combinations - each one only take a few minutes.
So instead of reaching for the phone, or reaching for a jar of ready made sauce ...
why not stop, drop those shoulders, take a few deep breathes, go change into something comfortable and then get cooking. Chances are, that by the time the pasta and sauce are ready, you'll have switched off from the demands of the day, laid the table, lit a candle and be looking forward to eating the pasta dish you have created, maybe with addition of a fresh green salad.
