the Fashion and Textile Museum in London's fashionable Bermondsey is the place to go for any fashionista. Founded by the brilliant British designer Zandra Rhodes, the museum always has brilliant exhibitions and events running. Past exhibitions have included; The Evolution of Underwear, Bill Gibbs showcase, Swedish Fashion, the Little Black Dress, Masculine Style - something for everyone. The events are fantastic too, there has been a knitting club, embroidery and embellishment workshops, summer activities for children and fashion and jewelery courses...

interested in fans? - yes, the sort you use to cool your self down - then visit The Fan Museum in Greenwich, London. It is the only museum on the world devoted to all aspects of the fan, as well as the permanent exhibition there are also very interesting temporary exhibitions. They also host fan making workshops on the first Saturday of each month at 2pm and last 3 hours, book in advance.
