get motivated - MiCoach is a Samsung phone, MP3 player and personal trainer. All you do is wear the heart monitor (included) around the chest, and a monitor that attaches to the trainer laces. These little gadgets record details and feed the information back to the handset - pace, distance, time etc. It's like you're very own personal trainer. A computer generated woman's voice tells you how many minutes, caloroes and how far you've got to go. Really easy to use and a great way to track progress.
challenge yourself - Nike+ SportBand is a wrist band that communicates with a chip in the Nike+ trainers. This records distance, time, speed and calorie burnt and shows you on the small wrist band. You are able to upload all this information to a computer and note your progress with different types of charts and records and even set personal targets.
have fun whilst getting fit - with the Wii Fit you can play games by following visual prompts and instructions to complete different types of workout. 40 games are sorted into 4 different categories; yoga, aerobics, balance and strength, for an example, tennis and aerobics. Such fun and also a great and easy way to get fit form your own home.
